Health/Welfare Benefits

Our corporation has developed a comprehensive set of employee benefit programs to supplement our employees’ regular wages. Our benefits represent a hidden value of additional income to our employees and are reviewed annually to ensure they remain highly competitive with in the industry. All full-time employees are eligible and may enroll themselves and their family into our Medical, Dental, Vision, Accident, Hospital, and Cancer insurance. TMG pays the full cost of the premium for Short Term Disability, Long Term Disability, and Life Insurance.

Retirement Benefits

TMG provides eligible employees with a 401(k) Qualified Retirement plan which is an excellent means of long-term savings for retirement. TMG has a matching program that starts 90 days after employment and is fully vested on the 91st day of employment.

Paid Time Off

Paid Time Off (PTO) is available to all full-time employees to provide them time to relax away from work, to take vacation and to take care of personal matters. Each eligible employee accrues PTO hours every pay period. In addition to PTO, each eligible employee receives paid holidays, and paid sick leave. TMG complies with required Government Mandated Benefits.

Miscellaneous Benefits

Tuition Assistance & Professional Development – TMG believes in supporting the individual growth of its employees. To encourage employee development, our corporation offers a professional development reimbursement program to eligible full-time employees who attend job-related seminars, conferences, professional certifications, formal education classes, association fees, and industry groups.

Parking & Metro Benefits: TMG provides paid garage parking and metro/bus benefits. SmartBenefits is a fee-free way for TMG to allow employees to commute tax free in DC, Northern Virginia, and Southern Maryland.
